For your convenience, a provider is on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. After hours, our provider is available to give advice for urgent situations.

Our providers do not prescribe medication or give refills outside of regular business hours.

Our after hours call service is reserved for urgent situations only.

After hours calls are directed to our answering service and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s nurse advice line. You will speak with an experienced nurse trained to handle most pediatric issues. If necessary, your concern can be escalated to our on-call provider who will return your call.
