OUR AVAILABLE

Pediatric Services

At North Point Pediatrics, we provide compassionate, comprehensive medical care for children from infancy through adolescence. Whether your child is feeling under the weather, due for a well-check, needs ongoing care for a chronic condition, or is simply growing and thriving—we’re here to support their health every step of the way.

From same-day sick visits and routine checkups to immunizations, sports physicals, and behavioral health consultations, our team is equipped to care for your child’s full range of needs. We also offer specialty services like ADD/ADHD medication management, developmental screenings, and even in-office ear piercing in a safe, sterile setting. We provide Telehealth options when appropriate, so quality care is always within reach.

When your child is sick, please call as early as possible so we can book a convenient same-day appointment. Your child’s visit will consist of an examination as well as testing if necessary. Please have your insurance card and a list of current medications ready when you call.

We recommend scheduling well-check appointments several months in advance. In fact, you can schedule as early as one year in advance. It’s important to keep well-check appointments as scheduled to monitor your child’s growth and development. Many health issues can be asymptomatic, and these visits allow us to conduct comprehensive screenings and address concerns, even when vaccines aren’t due.

Our providers follow the American Academy of Pediatrics’ immunization guidelines to ensure your child’s optimal protection. We highly recommend that your child receive immunizations on a regular schedule. These immunizations will keep your child protected against certain childhood diseases.

If your child’s school requires a sport/school physical form completed in between your child’s annual well-checks, a sports physical can be scheduled.

We are pleased to offer ear piercing in a private, sterile environment by our professionally trained personnel. The fee is $75 and is not covered by insurance. This service includes professional placement of starter studs, aftercare instructions, and antiseptic solution for home use.

If you think your child is having difficulty focusing, staying on task or controlling impulses, discuss your concerns with your PCP. An initial evaluation can be scheduled, and our providers can treat your child once the diagnosis is made. While taking ADD medications, it is required for your child to have an annual well check and medication checks every 3 months. The goal of treatment is to help make your child as successful as possible in all aspects of their life.

Limited Telehealth appointments when appropriate. Call the office for more information.

Anxiety and depression are on the rise in teens. If you have concerns about your child’s mental health, you can schedule a consultation with your PCP.

If you suspect your child may have developmental delays, schedule an appointment with your PCP. The quicker we catch a delay, the sooner your child can receive intervention such as physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, etc.
