Messages During Office Hours

Medical Advice/Prescription Refills/School Forms

We have a pediatric Registered Nurses and certified Medical Assistants  who handle the phone and portal messages, prescription refills and school forms. To free up the phone lines and expedite response times, we have implemented a patient portal. We’d like to encourage you to set up your child’s portal if you haven’t already done so. Please contact the office to get a temporary login and instructions.

Due to the high volume of daily calls, calls received after 3:00pm may be returned the following day.

When to call and leave a message:

  • If you need advice for a sick child
  • If you’re not sure if your child needs to be seen by a doctor
  • If you have questions/concerns about the health of your child

When to send a message via the patient portal:

  • To request prescription refills
  • To request schools forms
  • To request a specialist recommendation/referral
  • To request lab/radiology results
  • To request PCR Covid 19 results

Medication Refill Request

Medication refills are to be requested through our patient portal. If you have not registered please contact our office to receive a pin# to register. (770) 664-0088.
