URGENT FORMULA RECALL BY ABBOTT NUTRITION
URGENT VOLUNTARY PRODUCT RECALL Certain lots of 2 fl. oz / 59 mL Bottles of Ready-to-Feed Liquid Products October 14, 2022 Dear Valued Consumer/Patient, Abbott is voluntarily recalling certain lots of our 2 fl. oz. / 59 mL bottles of Ready-to-Feed liquid products, including the brands Similac 360 Total Care, Similac 360 Total Care Sensitive, Similac Special Care 24, Similac Pro Total Comfort, Similac NeoSure, and Pedialyte Electrolyte Solution due to a potential for compromised seal integrity (bottle caps that may not have sealed completely) in a small percentage (less than 1%) included in the recalled lots, which could result in product spoilage. It is important to verify the lot number on the bottom or the side of the bottle as not all 2 fl. oz / 59 mL product is included in the recall. If spoiled product is consumed, gastrointestinal issues such as vomiting and diarrhea could result. If your product is included in the recall, do not feed the product and contact Abbott Consumer Relations at 1-800-986-8540 to return product.
